“這次入住的五甲館，讓我留下美好的印象!雖然位置在巷子裡，不是很好停車，但是前面就有國小可以讓孩子玩，轉彎就可以到黃昏市場和全聯，晚上就可以走路去吃夜市!非常方便。飯店裡面的備品一應俱全，房間也都整理的很乾淨，早餐樣式雖然不多，但是都很好吃，補充很快，而且餐點整理的很整齊。員工每個人都很有笑容，很客氣，非常注意客人的需求!全天都供應冰淇淋，咖啡，飲料，一天吃好幾回。”

“旅館位於小巷，面對放學後的教室，遠離商家但也是這樣讓我得以享受寧靜的夜晚；雖然早餐的空間不大，菜色較其他康橋少一些，但是整體來說可以感受到飯店積極且嚴謹的服務態度，隨時注意餐點的量並補充，清理餐桌整潔迅速，甚至還蹲下來直接用手清理桌面下的殘渣，如此用心的服務人員真令人感動。 此外，服務員確定我用餐的桌子後還主動將餐具擺放到桌上，真是讓我受寵若驚，對這間五甲的康橋留下深刻的印象。”
