“The staff was very accommodating, they texted after check in to ensure that everything was perfect. Room service was very quick and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted (even gave us an extra bottle of champagne for mimosas!). The bartender was very helpful and mixed up a great cocktail. The doormen and valet were very friendly and helped to hail a cab quickly to make a show on time. I've stayed at nearly every luxury hotel in Nashville and this was by far the best experience I have had.”
