“This is a beautiful hotel set in a medieval castle. They have beautifully recreated the castle feel. We walked the red path around the lake which was very serene. We indulged in the use of the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. They were all lovely. Our room was large and we had two queen beds for my husband and I and our college age daughter. The room was richly decorated and the bathroom was spacious (an usual feature in Ireland!) We went to dinner in the dining room and had a delicious 4 course meal. I had the opportunity to try monk fish for the first time and it was delicious!”
