“Older male nightshift staff member couldn't have been more friendly & helpful, as a group of friends back from a night out & drunk he was more than happy to give us drinks at the bar & let us out the front at stupid o'clock. Also helped with problem with key cards!”

“From check in to check out I had a lovely relaxing stay in Kettles. All staff very friendly. Food in bar was excellent. Room was large, very clean and quiet. Couldnt believe when I went through tv stations they had both ATR and RUK. Thought I was in heaven. Thanks everyone for a lovely stay.”

“Everything- held my mothers 60th party. It was a brilliant night. Staff were so nice. Food was excellent. The bedroom was new and so comfortable. Can’t wait to go back there.”

“Easy to get to, convenient to the airport. Staff excellent. Comfy bed and a nice room. Evening food very good with a reasonable selection. I had lasagne which was excellent. The couple at the next table had steak pie and mash. I would like to have tried it. Maybe next time. Good selection of beers etc.”

“Interesting 'no frills' dining in bar-area , where breakfast is also served but at additional charge. Convenient and unrestricted car-parking immediately adjacent to hotel's lobby-entrance. Convivial bar-staff were non-obtrusive but attentive.”

“Extremely comfortable bed and clean room, plenty of space with the extra facilities of a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and plenty of extra pillows. Plus air con which was needed as room was very warm.”
