“The Staff is extra helpful and so welcoming, nice and smiling all the time. English spoken all! The SPA is definitely a must have, its one of the best I ever had. There is a close shopping center where you can have even food to buy or eat out. The heated swimming pool is the cherry on the top as we were there in November. We wouldn`t survive without that. There is a free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the city center which is also great. Nice club is just about 200m away.”

“Reception staff welcome was amazing. Spoke excellent English. Reception area beautiful and very clean. Rooms clean, spacious with amazing views over pool to Atlas Mountains. Food in main restaurant superb with a huge choice. We were all inclusive and it was worth it with another beautiful outdoor restaurant under shade, by the pool, to enjoy a lovely snack lunch. Some lovely cocktails available too. All staff are polite and friendly. Excellent customer services. Will definitely be staying here again if I visit Marrekesh. Thank you”

Remember to take water and food if going out with children. Remember to take coins for public toilet attendants!”
