“The service at the Kensington was fantastic - Hilary did everything possible to make our stay super easy - room upgrade, early check in, late check out, bike loans, guide to the city... add in the lovely turn down service and morning coffee and paper and we were blown away! Out room was really spacious, with a really comfy bed and sizeabe bathroom.”

“Courtesy morning tray each day. Personal note with evening gourmet mint each night. The note also indicated the weather and temperature for the next day. Staff was courteous, helpful and professional and checkout was painless and personal. The french doors led to a beautiful personal (though not totally private) patio garden with bistro table and chairs. Charming!”
