“All the staff are very helpful and try to please. The owner, Paul an Englishman, is first class and will organise trips out for meals and exploration. We went on a trip to the high Atlas mountains with a driver and a guide which was a great day out and very good value. The Casbah is very peaceful and the views lovely. The pool is large, spotless and refreshing. If you like gardens and birdlife this is the place for you.”

“All the staff and the owner Paul were incredibly helpful and gave wonderful friendly service. The setting was stunning - with lots of sun, blue skies and gorgeous flowers even in January. The food was also delicious and the hotel made sure to cater well for the vegan in our group which was much appreciated. We didn't want to leave!”

“Beautiful views and location, very friendly and helpful staff. The whole ethos of the hotel is admirable; to work with staff from the local area to provide a comfortable yet authentic Moroccan accommodation and service. Some excursions organised by the Kasbah include tea in a Berber house (accompanied by one of the residents, who might be a member of staff at the Kasbah). We found this provided a friendly, authentic and fantastic taster of their way of life, without feeling too shamelessly like a tourist. All of the food is delicious and cooked to order by a local chef. It's worth noting that even if it seems like the tagines are repeated on the menu, the ingredients and taste vary hugely. If you've had one lamb tagine you have not had them all!”
