“American Breakfast, though not buffet but include bread basket, yogurt with pieces of fruit, mixed veggie salad, mixed veggie soup, egg and ham/sausage, unlimited juice milk coffee tea. Hotel East have onsen and gym and 3 restaurants, walkable distance to outlet and train station (not sure if there was heavy snow or rain)”
“I booked for Karuizawa Prince Hotel East, but one wing is still under renovation. The hotel rearranged us to Karuizawa Prince Hotel (G19) and made a free upgrade to Superior room with excellent view of a pond at the same price.”
“Loved the heated floors of the cabin, the breakfast in the mornings, the proximity of the cabins to the slopes, the wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. I also liked that the cabins had two rooms and a little sitting area. Perfect for a family of 4!”

“The location is wonderful. It was walking distance to everything and very close to the shopping outlet. The Forest spa within the hotel is very big and very clean, makes you feel like you are in a Spa retreat. The staff was courteous and spoke pretty good English. There is also a free shuttle that stops at the hotel frequently that takes you back to Karuizawa station.”

“The cottage is marvellous. The location of our hut this time was very close to the Ski School where my daughter had a skiing class - super convenient. They even provide with ski board lockers outside our hut so that we could securely left the skiing facilities outside for a second day session. The outlet in the vicinity is also excellent for adults when the kids were having fun in the ski ground.”
“Location is just great. We can see the ski lift from our room. Everything is within walking distance : ski lift, Starbucks, food court, even shopping outlet. Room is very well maintained and good layout.”
