“A great place to stay with family and friends! We stayed for 6 days in a studio with 2 bedrooms (4 people total) and a big terrace to enjoy during the days and evenings. The owner is super helpfull and willing to give you any advice about the area and accesible attractions. I would definitely recommend that place to anyone stayin in Neos Marmaras! Oh and the location is perfect - walking distance of aprox 6 min to delicious tavernas at the seaside and the city center.”
“The location of the apartment is great, very near city center, a three minute walk. Very friendly staff, they greeted us with complimentary vine and some food. Were helpful about where to go and always were on hand when we needed them. Apartment was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels everyday.”

“The location of Kaplanis House is perfect-close to the center, but at the same time it is very quiet street. The view from the balcony is very beautiful! Staff is polite and helpful. Many thanks to Janna who gave us very important and useful information regarding the intersting places in the area and also she advised us about the traditional tavarnes where we had have the pleasure to taste the delicious greec food!
