“Rip off that's what I say. It said "newly renovated". Telephone not working - socket off the wall, mattress horrible. Dusty and stuffy inside. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They would not even say "maybe we can do something about it or give you a discount.”
“The front desk staff remembered me from a previous booking and although I did not state a room preference, Anna tried calling me to verify however I was out of cell range. She took it upon herself to adjust my booking which resulted in a complimentary upgrade! Thanks Anna!! I also appreciated the quick access from the highway! There also seemed to be some price gouging happening at other places because of the long weekend, but the Travelodge stayed consistent!”
