“Stunning view from the room where we stayed. Excellent staff. There is a free shuttle bus between the hotel and Shichirigahama train station.”
“We stayed one night. The room was big for two people. The two beds were apart. This was a Twin Room. We liked the location. Perched atop a hill and in the morning, we saw the ocean. A bit far from town but we liked the adventure of taking the small local train and didn't mind a short bus ride from near there. You kind of have to ask someone if you're not sure (and hope they speak a little English).”

“Size of the room (Hollywood twin room) well above Japanese standards (27 sqm). Nice view of the ocean and Mount Fuji (if visibility allows). Room extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. ”

“The hotel is huge and seems to be focused on events like weddings or familiy celebrations as it has a very large event center in the basement (in which a wedding fair took place when we were there). The room was large and the bathroom very spacious (including the shower. The style is Western and modern, more like a business hotel. The location is nicely close to the sea for an early morning breakfast in "Pacific Drive Inn" just in front of the hotel, or a nice walk at the beach. Kamakura is really nice and has a totally different flair than other cities I have visited in Japan - laid-back, many surfers at the beach in shorts and with long hair ;-) It has nice small shops that invite for a little shopping tour, but also many beautiful Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines. Pretty nice combination, I will definetely come back! However I would rather chose a hotel closer to the center, and one with more "local flair".”
