“Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The hotel is in a perfect location . The slopes are right behind the hotel and access to the mountain is great . “There was nothing that you could not like! We went to Italy for a skiing & snowboarding adventure (first time ever) however when we arrived my partner was sick so we spent a lot of time at the resort, they were very accommodating there is even free exercise classes and hiking (we did not attend). There was always someone who could speak English close by and we even got English ski and snowboarding lessons Merano 2000. The food was wonderful 5 courses each night but my partner is much fussier than I and found the food to be a little fancy so we were able to put in a speciality order in the morning and he could have anything he liked for dinner at no additional cost. I highly recommend this resort and hope to make it back one day!”
