“I love the Jesmond; it's always my first choice for a London stay. The rooms are simple but very clean and include basic comforts: tea/coffee and a kettle, in-room sink and wash area, hair dryer, plenty of outlets, small TV, etc. I usually stay in the rooms with a shared bathroom, and it's never been a problem. Also, the staff are wonderful. The women who run the delicious breakfast, and I think manage room maintenance as well, are exceptionally friendly and diligent. The location is so convenient and the rates are extremely reasonable, especially considering the level of service, comfort, and cleanliness.”
