What guests loved the most
“Clean and secure. Check in instructions gave good directions and staff were helpful. We had room at back of apartments and it was nice and quiet. Aircon and washing machine all worked well. Bathroom had shower for us and stand up bath which was perfect for our 3 and 7 year olds. 10 mins walk to JR line station which was only 2 stops from Kyoto station. Found local area to be nice with local shops and restaurants. Train line went straight to arashiyama which was great for bamboo grove and scenic railway otherwise you need to change at nijo or Kyoto station for everything. Tip for check in if you arrive early. Kyoto station has lots of lockers but the big ones are always full. There is bag storage in the basement of the station, B1 level, but put small bags into a locker and big stuff at bag storage it's cheaper that way. If you have s iccoca card you can leave the paid area to drop bags and if you return within a short time you don't get charged for anew journey.”

“The place is located 3 train station from Kyoto Station. it is very easy to find and has a lot of cafe's .and restaurants around. During our stay we used the local bus (which was incredibly convenient) The staff were very helpful! The room is very big, clean and new. It has all the facilities we needed. Great value for our money”
