“Location is excellent, tucked in the old city, 5min walk from the City Palace and Jagdish temple, with great views of the lake (it’s definitely worth spending the difference and getting a lake-view room). Room was quiet, bed comfortable and quality of the sleep very good. Bathroom was sizeable, quality of the shower very good. The building is quite stylish, with many inner staircases connecting the floors, an open courtyard in the middle. The presence of the beautiful rooftop restaurant adds a lot to the value of the hotel itself. Service was good, check-in and check-out quick, no surprises in the amount of the bill.”
