“The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. They made our stay perfect! Take some time out to eat at Ford's Filling station in the hotel lobby. They have the best breakfast buffet. Our room was well cleaned, the beds were very comfortable and there was a lovely box that held all the coffee items. Complimentary water was much appreciated. The concierge helped us with our first Uber experience. They were also essential in helping us find places to sight see and recommended great restaurants. We also appreciated the elevators that could only be used by guests and staff. If you didn't have a hotel key to insert into the slot, you couldn't use the elevator. Comfortable seating located outside of the hotel while you waited for transportation. Taxi's were always available. We were conveniently located in the middle of LA which was great for walking everywhere. Lot's to do. Make sure you have plenty of time to explore the city. It's worth it!”
