Lobby is beautiful, gym facilties are extensive with many options, easy access to dept store is fantastic, and it was much appreciated that the 2nd floor bar was open late and served food. “It's rare to come across a hotel where the facilities, location, hospitality, comfort are all top notch but the main star of the hotel are the staff. Amazingly efficient staff whether it' was the concierge; the check in desk F&b ; the porter and even the cleaners..i was impressed with the politeness efficiency and the willingness to help and almost everyone can communicate very efficiently in English ( if uve travelled in Korea u will realise the importance of this ) . The hotels location to the express bus terminal makes it a hot property and As usual JW Mariott hospitality was top quality. I recommend everyone to stay here when in Seoul. Lastly the gym and pool facilities are a league apart from other hotels. To be experienced if anyone stays there to understand why it's so good . ”

“Breakfast was amazing, endless choices. Staff very attentive and super polite. Bathroom was huge with both shower booth and and a tub. One of those capsule coffee machine AND a kettle in the room. Free bottled water everyday. Lobby was beautifully decorated for christmas. Wine we had in the little cafe in the lobby one evening was excellent. Convenient connection to the Shinsegae department store which we loved. Overall amazing experience.”
