“The rooms were lovely and warm as the weather was cold and frosty. Plus they were all very nice. and we had five for our family gathering. All the facilities were first rate, we really enjoyed our stay. The bar meal of "Fish and Chips", was first rate....”
“The local road was closed that night and I was driving round in circles completely lost and on the verge of tears! Then when I was losing the will to live stuck in a dark alley I got a phone call from the hotel asking me if I was still coming. A very nice lady (I should have taken her name :) ) she stayed on the phone with me for half an hour giving me directions until I got there. She arranged for me to have a sandwich as the kitchen was already closed (my fault for getting lost!) Lovely patient lady :):):) I have stayed before with colleagues and had a lovely evening and meal, and will always stay when I am working locally and continue to recommend. Thank you.”
