This property features beachfront access and apartments with views of the beach. The property is within a 30-minute drive of the shopping, dining and entertainment of Corpus Christi.Apartments are uniquely decorated and include a seating area with cable TV. The apartments at Island House Condominiums also have fully equipped kitchens with microwaves and refrigerators.Guests can swim in the outdoor pool or cook-out at the barbecue pit and have a picnic.The Island House is within a 20-minute of La Palmera Mall. The Texas State Aquarium is 18 miles from the property. Right on the beach with all the comforts of home Island House Condominiums on Padre Island attract our guests looking for sun surf fishing and quiet. This three-floor all non-smoking property has individually owned units with no two alike. All have high-speed internet access and cable TV and all are fully furnished with kitchens equipped with microwaves dishwashers ovens and everything you need to cook at home. Outside there's nothing between you and the warm waves of the Gulf of Mexico. In colder months the outdoor heated pool is a big draw. Available on site are a coin-operated laundry facility business services and free parking. Outdoor showers gas barbecue pits and fish-cleaning stands are provided. Parking is free. Beachfront units will not be available until January 2012 due to construction. Island House Condominiums sit between Padre Island National Seashore and Mustang Island State Park two of the most beautiful unspoiled stretches along the Gulf. Corpus Christi International Airport is 25 miles away.
