“Outdated. Needs renovation ASAP. Food was never great. Staff was ok but not overly friendly. I think they are not used too have too many foreign customers given Colombias history of violence. They need to learn a lot from other places like Punta Cana or Cancun. Lots of potential though.”

“The location and environment is great. I particularly enjoy the integration with the natural surroundings, easy access to the beach and good general security. The service at the beach bar was very good. Appreciated the Novena and the beach entertainment at night, which was good fun.”
“Staff were really nice and helpful! We had the good fortune of being able to acces our room from early in the day due to low occupancy, which was great! Every day they would leave the schedule for the next day with a couple of sweets at the room. The place is really beautiful and big so you don´t feel crowded (though we went during a low peak in tourism). You have to check out at 12 but our flight wasn´t until 4 so they have a room specially for that situation where you can leave your things and get ready before leaving. That day it had flooded but the staff helped us figure out a solution without any delay.”
