“The staff, especially the night time staff, were very very nice. I rang the reception the day before check in and didn't think the woman on the phone was very nice so it was a small bit of a bad first impression. But as soon as I checked in the lady at the desk was very nice and the night porter was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were well stocked with shower gel, soap etc. We accidentally slept in the morning and missed check out but they didn't seem to mind and unlike in other hotels we didn't have reception ringing us or maids knocking down the door which we really appreciated!”
