What guests loved the most
“Very quiet despite being next to the train station. Comfortable, clean room, just what you expect these days from a modern hotel en-suite room. Good room facilities, modern bathroom, good space. Main area was busy at breakfast but otherwise very quiet. Good breakfast choices, bacon, sausage, egg and all the usual continental fayre. Limited bar menu but was ok for us to have a bite to eat and relax before hitting the Christmas Markets again for the evening. Not many staff around but those that were, were very helpful. So close to the centre for shops, historic building and for us the Christmas Markets. Literally through the station underpass. A short walk will bring you to the river. Handy super market next door. Be aware though that Bonn isn't a direct train ride from Cologne/Bonn airport, you have to change at Cologne. Probably easy but tired from travelling we got a taxi. 60 euro inc. tip in rush hour, 55 inc. tip Sunday afternoon.”

“Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly while working through a complicated group booking I was managing. Excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable - stayed in a business room which was quiet. Despite being close to the train station, I never heard a sound. Good breakfast, but most of all excellent location to the main train station. You couldn't be closer.”
