“Outstanding staff upon arrival and restaurant quality. Our waiter, Nathan, was grand. Musician was fabulous. Room coffee was good. Mattress was good. Fireplace was a nice distraction. Made the whole room warmer and more welcoming . Cleaning staff was very conscientious and friendly. Valet parking staff treated you like family.”
“Husband slept til 8:30 AM two nights in a row. He's usually up at 5:30. Bed was sooo comfy!! Room 276 was roomy, accessible, had a little view of water from the balcony. Convenient to elevator and out to the street. Most important was that we were able to get the Warrior game on TV...they won!!!”

“The rooms were large and super quiet! There were a ton of small children staying here but you barely heard them. The location is beautiful but the stuff around is super touristy. To get to the good stuff we needed to drive 5-10 minutes which wasn't a big deal.”
“The receptionist, Grace, was so welcoming and helpful. Allowing us to upgrade our room and suggested which was best for us. The wait staff in your restaurant we're first rate as was the bell hop who brought our breakfast and retrieved our care. The whole experience was wonderful. I also wanted to commend your bellhops as I had inadvertently left 15.00 in cash in my cup holder and it was still there when they brought my car to me. Very refreshing in these times.”
