“The croissants and pain au chocolat were amazing, really delicious and flaky. The room was very airy, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We especially liked the merry-go-round sofa, which was a nice surprise. Location was great, just a stone's throw away from the famous Taiwanese Eslite Bookstore in the Eslite Spectrum Mall, and also 月光码头 with cafes and restaurants. We especially recommend a little trek to Title Coffee - a little hidden cafe, but a worthy respite for good coffee.”
“Western food at breakfast and dinner (both European and American). Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable room. They permitted to change the check out date with no penalty. Central position near to many bars and restaurants and pretty close to the subway. Perfect for business trip.”
“Hotel staff is taking very good care of customers. In general hotel building is well designed, with fast elevators and comfortable areas. Hotel room quite well equipped. Many shopping possibilities near by. Located at picturesque JinJi lake. Interesting: they've started using robots for room deliveries. Robots can go using elevator, call to the room and deliver ordered goods.”
“I stayed in a lot of hotels but this is one of the best ever. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, great view of the lake and city. But the best part was definitely the robot room service!! Definitely would be back again if I happen to visit suzhou.”

“Great breakfast (if a bit pricey) but it has American style breakfast which I really have missed. Plus, Chinese breakfast and even Indian! Great selection. Staff were really courteous and always said hello. Beds are comfortable, showers are hot, and the pool is a an added plus.”

“They upgrade us to a room with a spectacular view of the lake. Our room faces west so we see a beautiful sunset. The breakfast variety of food is wonderful with real ham...they offer so much food that you kind of smile to yourself, are they loosing money on this?!”
