“The hotel was very accommodating to our every need. Even before checking in, we had requested a room on a higher floor with a view overlooking the bay, which the hotel gladly reserved for us. We arrived to the hotel earlier than check in time and one of the men outside carried our heavy luggage for us and checked it at the curb. We went in on his recommendation to determine if a room was ready. Though our original room was not, the staff member told us we could check in early and have a different room, which was nice after a long flight. The hotel was walkable to great entertainment locations, restaurants, and shopping. It was clean, comfortable, and a great deal for a luxury hotel.”
