“Intercontinental has done terrific job remodeling and giving brand new facelift to this best hotel. We stayed in room 1107, overlooking Plaza. 11th floor if also a club level floor, where breakfast, lunch, happy hour and pastry with deserts are served. Thanks to Craig, and him goving us a card, Gram and Dun, our fav restaurant on the Plaza gave us the best table. We enjoyed Rodney and Don's company at Club level on Sunday when we were leaving and ate most delicious soup!! It was worth it higher price for a room :) Thank you so much Intercontinental for doing this grand update, we will stay here each time we visit KC. May I mention Brandon and Valet crew for being most pleasant and remembering us from our previous trips here. What a great start to feeling like coming home.”
