“It provided a largely useful base for the purpose of my visit- easy to find without a Sat Nav, friendly staff who tried to be helpful with the management/admin problems we had. Comfortable beds and just enough space, with two chairs always welcome with dark evenings and TV (unlike some big hotel)chains. Free continental breakfast and the English, all you could eat, reasonably proceed. Staff there also very helpful and courteous. We were grateful that my wife's heavy cold on the day before our original booking date was allowed to be re-booked with just the £25 difference in the price of the days when really we could have been charged cancellation fees. Telephone contact arrangements on that had been very positive and helpful as well as understanding”
