What guests loved the most

“Beautiful hotel. Great bargain with breakfast and lunch included.”

, USA

“As an escape from the busy crowded city of Santiago, I enjoyed the family style of this hotel. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help me with every question/request I had. Although as a business traveller I had little leisure time available and the water was still a bit cold at mid october (spring season), I greatly enjoyed using the outside swimming pool.”

“Front desk English speaking staff (1) was very nice”

“Very nice and comfortable place, recommended for family with kids. It has a nice view to the mountains.”

, Chile

“Breakfast is very good and including fresh products. They also had a special promotion that included dinner. Facilities are great and the staff is very friendly”

, Chile

“The facilities were all excellent as expected. Facilities are the hardware of the operation but the software, staffing always makes the difference for our experience at any lodging .We have nothing but praise for the staff. We had special requests which were courteously taken care of , we were greeted with smiles and help with our luggage, and nothing was too much trouble . We immediately booked again for our return trip.”

“Clean bright modern hotel with good wifi and good breakfast. Welcoming "Inca Sour" was delicious.”

“Good location if you are on the way to Argentina Very friendly guy at reception”

, Austria

“It was like staying in a well managed Hyatt...very efficient...very clean. A good restaurant was across the parking lot. Anyone hitting this area could not go wrong.”

, USA

“Incas is a lotus in the mud - meaning there is not much for a foreign tourist to appreciate about Los Andes, but Incas Hoteles stands out and was a very pleasurable experience. The wifi is excellent, most of the staff speak English well, the complimentary breakfast was abundant and varied, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms are nice, monitored parking, the restaurant was great, and the hotel is on the northeast edge of town, so you don't have to drive through the crowded and sometimes busy streets of Los Andes to drive up to Ski Portillo or to get on the highway towards Santiago.”
