“I will repeat what I said before...my experience here has not focused on the facility, or amenities as much as the people. And, the people here at The Imperial are fantastic...especially the girls at the front reception desk. ALL of them went out of their way to assist me on every level. I could not ask for a more friendly or caring crew. I can honestly say that I will really miss this place, and it has nothing to do with the building or my accommodations. It has to do entirely with the people that I have grown very fond of and deeply appreciate. It is more than the Irish hospitality...way more. The international young people in the restaurant were exceptional, friendly, and really a pleasure to get to know.”

“Room was small and outdated but clean. Parking was located in a large lot across the street which if you visit during the Matchmaking festival very well could be full. If that is the purpose of your visit, this hotel is right in the center of everything. Several restaurants and a pharmacy within <5 minute walk. No wifi in rooms, only in public areas (lobby, restaurant & also elevator area on each floor).”

The staff in the restaurant were fun and from a variety of cultures. I enjoyed talking with all of them. I would recommend this as one of the better hotels in town.”
