“Excellent free breakfast, great coffee and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. There's a popular and excellent pub/restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel is very well located, both for seeing famous historical sites and for accessing public transportation and I highly recommend the hotel's airport pickup service. A huge bonus for this hotel is the excellent front desk staff, all of whom speak very good English, who are very helpful and full of good advice regarding this fabulous city. Fatih on the front desk was a mine of information and provided above and beyond service during our stay. Ilkay is a very well managed hotel and will be our first choice next time we visit Istanbul.”
