“We enjoyed Il Fogliano Hotel for our weekend getaway via Rome. The room was very nice, and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. Room has small mini bar with waters, soda, and tea / coffee – all included. Staff were very helpful and very pleased to show us the property and what to do in the nearby area. Hotel has high-quality restaurant at which we ate three times; the food and service were superb. It earned the Michelin Star it has been awarded. Great wine selection. Breakfast was very good and just the right amount of selection and quality. Our room came with two loungers and an umbrella for the beach inc towels and flip flops. They have a private area which is significantly less crowded than the public beach and the hotel just past the pier. Beach has more volcanic sand than white sand. Hotel organised a taxi from FCO. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking at the high end hotels in the area.”
