“This was a really lovely relaxing place to stay, way up in the mountains which made for a peaceful view with occasional bird calls in the background. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the cocktails were delicious, if a little 80's in presentation.. The restaurant was a few steps away from the hotel, again the staff were friendly. The food was good, very traditional, I can recommend the smoked trout salad, it's fresh from their farm. Being up in the mountains you do need a car to get around, there is only 1 bus a day from zaros to the main town, it's about 25 mins walk away and it leaves at 7am.”
