“We have traveled the entire world and the experience of staying in an ice room with extraordinary scultures was still one of the most unforgettable things I have ever done. This place is amazing”
“Cosiness and warmth of the room. A welcome respite from the cold.”
“Friendly staff. Beautiful ice sculptures and wonderful food at the ice hotel restaurant. We also found out that the hotel could help to arrange taxi transfer to the airport at a cheaper fare compared with taking the taxi from Kiruna.”
“Pleasant stay/ good experience/nice breakfast”
“We stayed in a warm room. Very cozy and comfortable, good beds, great shower. Breakfast is really good, you have a lot of variety of delicious food to start the day with energy! The hotel is very nice, the cold rooms are so beautifully designed and if you are a guest of the hotel you also have the guided tour included, very interesting to ask all you wanted to know about the place.”
“The hotel was excellent. Nordic chalet was very comfortable and view was amazing.”
“Once in a lifetime experience! You will love it! Also liked that You will get a diploma after sleeping in the cold room. Very friendly stuff! Thanks for all of them making the stay so good!”
“Had a great one night stay in September when there is no snow. We stayed in a warm room, but you get to walk around the icehotel 365 suites and drink in the icebar as part of your room rate (drinks not included). Which is an experience in itself. The art that has been created in each individual room is absolutely breathtaking. Go just to see that!! We lucked out and also got to see the Aurora Borealis, words just don't describe. It is very quiet in the summer, nothing is really open other than the Icehotel stuff. Unfortuntely the Sami village wasn't open yet. But can imagine during the winter there is loads to see and do. Would still recommend to anyone to visit, if even for just one night or a day tour. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. We had dinner in the restaurant. Again expensive, but a really nice meal. Breakfast was good.”
“I stayed in a cold room as it was a concept that really interested me. I chose an Art Suite originally but was upgraded to a deluxe suite. This meant I had my own bathroom and sauna as well as a bigger room. It was a very surreal experience sleeping in the cold but can be a little claustrophobic when you turn the lights out as the room is pitch black.”
“fantastic view over Torne river and the ice hotel rooms were beautiful and very unique...wow”
