“The location is perfectly situated in the city center near the train station, alun2, some recommended restaurants, and it is reachable to go anywhere from it.The staff are good and helpful. The room is clean and i get what i requested to have high floor room.Finally, the warm water swimming pool is great. ”
“The hotel is located strategically in downtown, and easy to access. The room is comfortable, with city view, TV channels is met to my expectation. WiFi in the room was very poor Breakfast is definitely need to be IMPROVED, the variety of the food, the food quality & presentation. Both, international & local dishes were not recommendable. I would suggest to also serve local food such as Nasi Pecel, or Soto Ayam at your stall with nice presentation. Dishes served at the main fare was overcooked, the taste is fair. Nonetheless, Dining ambient is nice, wide, spacious with fresh green vivid color Staffs were okay, but less attention to guests needs. I didn't feel ACCOR spirit in the service, FLAT!”
