“* Longest check-in time on reception * To get some potable water you must buy it in the cafe near reception * We've got no shampoo or shower gel in our room. Furthermore to get it we had to ask and chase for it up numerous times. When finally received the bottles didn't fit the holders so we had to place those on the shower floor * Prices in the hotel canteen are twice higher than in the restaurants around the corner”
