“My husband and I had been traveling around Brazil for over two weeks staying in cheap pousadas in big cities so we fancied a bit of luxury and a rest. Iara beach resort was a lovely quite resort that wasthe perfect getaway for a few days. It is a few kilometers away from the center of Salvador but in a good area. The beach was busy outside the resort but we walked along to the lighthouse and there were some lovely spots where there are rock pools and great sand. There are a few shops and restaurants that we walked to also. The breakfast was lovely and there was enough variety to please most people. The room was very clean and comfortable and they had lots of channels that you could select English or Portuguese language.”
