“So clean and welcoming. The rooms were simple but perfect, with everything you need. There were a lot of well furnished common room areas to sit and relax, with kitchens, free laundry, lounges, computers, printers, everything you need to feel at home. A real IKEA experience, very close to the fascinating IKEA museum.”
“Slept so well owing to the mattress. And I love the breakfast. Hands down the best deal around.”
“I havet travle a lot in rhe world sofar rhe best, exelent you at least put inte in Evert country”
“Stayed in Cabin room, 4 sq m, with shared hallway and bathroom. It was exceptional value for money costing 495 seek. There was a TV, the bed which functioned as sofa, too. It was very comfortable. All I needed was to sleep, which I did soundly on the 3rd floor. The noon check-out is a treat. Didn't use the fitness center but next time for sure. By the lifts there is a 'living room' with a kitchen with microwaves, electric kettles, and refrigerators. I grabbed a cup of tea and went to my room. The restaurant is nice and reasonable prices. Had the poached cod. Dinner came with a choice of soup or salad. I had the butternut squash soup. This food was not your standard IKEA fare, so very good. As I was alone, I invited myself to sit with a group of people at the long bar tables. Wish restaurant staff could make this an alternative to sitting alone. Obviously, I liked and if I ever had an extended stay there, I'm sure I'd continue to like it.”
“The Ikea Hotell is an amazing place to stay as it sits pretty much at the heart of the Ikea campus in Almhult. You get a great mix of tourists and Ikea workers staying there and it has a real family feel to it with people of all different nationalities. Rooms are comfortable if a little sparse but its more then made up for by the variety of cosy communal areas. Food is great and the illustrious Ikea meatball can be found on the menu. The Ikea Museum is on the other side of the car park to the hotel and its well worth visiting if you're into Design, products and Ikea. The other thing worth visiting is the Ikea store on the edge of town about 30mins walk from the hotel through the town. Has to be the best Ikea ive ever been to. On a Monday afternoon there was nothing but a released, comfortable vibe to it.”
“If you are in this town, you are most likely here for IKEA whether it's for work or leisure. Hence, this would be the most logical place to stay since it's near the IKEA office (if you're here for work) and near the IKEA Museum (if you're here for leisure). I had a family room for single use and the design and layout met my expectations of the IKEA brand: clean lines, and functional with sufficient surfaces to place items and enough hooks and knobs to hang clothes and towels. The included breakfast did not have many choices, although it did include gluten-free and lactose-free options, but was adequate.”
“I liked the novelty of the hotel. I liked having the living room spaces to hang out in and to enjoy tea or coffee. I also like being able to take decorations out of the cabinet to take to your room. And of course, I enjoy the proximity to the IKEA Museum and the train station.”
“Close to the museum and quirky ideas around the hotel.”
“Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and new.”
“The staff, service, location and Restaurant were first class. ”
