“A clean bright, freindly hotel with fantastic staff, fantastic food and fantastic value for money. Ok it is in a predominantly German area which was not a problem as we met some fantastic people who were great fun. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful. The animation team were great however very under funded (this was easy to see) and struggled a bit but continued with a very friendly smile and did a great job. We had an issue with the aircon which was repaired very quickly, in my view thats how you can tell the staff are efficient, not when all is going well but when issues need addressing effectively. Well done team. Great holiday for us, thank you! Did i mention the great food? ;-)”
