“This is a clean, bright good size room and newly built. It is non/smoking and smells fresh. It had neutral bright tiled floor, clean white walls and large patio windows. It has a positive feel when you enter the room as nice and bright. This room cost 900tb or £20 a night and is the best room I have ever stayed in for this amount of money anywhere in the world. It is nice and quiet at night and staff are very helpful. I was ill when I stayed and staff checked that I was ok. I stayed here for 6 nights and highly recommend it. It is 5 minute walk to the Main Street and a few more minutes to the beach.”

“The room was clean and the swimming pool was nice. It is a quiet place as the road leading to it was empty (but lit by street lights so not too bad). It is about a 800 m walk from the main stretch with the bars and the mcdonalds and all so it is quite well located. The breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy (just toast) but that was enough. They gave free bottles of water so that was good too. The room cooled down quickly. There were only 2 or 3 English channels. There is a laundry near by for 40 baht/kilo.”

“My husband loved the coffee but too strong for me so had tea! Clean good size rooms and bathroom. Very good breakfast, Great location, couple of minutes from centre and few minutes from beach but just out enough to not hear to much noise from the centre and there was a lot of noise in areas. Staff always helpful but rarely smiled and we always felt unsure what they were thinking. I was happy overall with this property and would recommend it.”
