“room was clean and the shower had an extra wide head ( walk in style). We arrived early but the reception took our suitcase up to the room (great as no lift) so we could go walk through Hyde park while we waited for check in time”
“Nice modern rooms and bathroom. Such a great location, close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Ground floor was much better compared to the 4th floor stairs where we stayed last year.”
“Nice clean and modern entrance. Friendly staff, good amount of information about ie leaflets, weather & currency etc. Room was nice a big, didn't expect it to be that roomy! Lovely high celine too. Great power shower, although there was a bit of a wiff no and again, drainage problem maybe. Nice balcony which you can step out on to. A lot of tea and coffee, plus extra glasses/mugs. Didn't find a hairdryer, maybe you had to ask for one if needed... No comment on food/drink as didnt use the the restaurant but was given information about it. Free WiFi throughout. Overall, a great hotel 👌”
“The location is good about 12 min walk from Paddington station but easy to find. Hotel is clean and tidy. Maid service was good. If you need a taxi use Uber or you’ll get overcharged. ”

“We were there at 2 o’clock for check in and got a very small basement room. This is the time their check in starts. We asked for another room but we were talked there was not another room available because of multi early check in. Bathroom and shower very small.”
