“The Hyatt Regency has very helpful staff. They answered our questions when we needed directions. The palm tree's and fountains give it a very tropical feel and look. The shuttle was good getting us to Disneyland back and forth. We received a credit for breakfast because our safe did not work and the breakfast was very good. I appreciate getting a credit to our room on my birthday. We like the Target being across the street which was handy. We also like the restaurants close by especially the Outback steakhouse, Joe's Crabs Shack, and Red Robin.”

“The hotel was extremely nice, on par with Vegas hotels, including the rooms, which were comfortable and very, very clean, although the bathrooms were a little dated. The staff was incredible: my every need was taken care of. They that really went above and beyond to provide the best hospitality services so I would definitely come back here to stay based on the customer service alone.”
“Most hotels you can hear every time your neighbor turns on their water or flushes there toilet. You can hear TVs playing late at night. They must have excellent insulation here, or they were vacant enough that the rooms adjoining mine were empty, but it was a very quiet stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent. Bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean.”
