“Front desk staff member Alma was an absolute gem!!! She checked us in with a smile and efficient manner. Then when I had an issue with finding the proper parking procedure, she was so patient, and actually did a drawing to show what the parking ticket machine looked like and how it operated, and told me again the procedure for getting in and out. From then on, whenever we saw her, she would greet us by name, and a big smile. I wish this service attitude existed everywhere!! Thanks, Alma!!”
