I called and complained because for the price I was NOT happy with my view. The staff was nice and friendly and was given a room on the 14th floor where I could see the river and bridges and had a very nice view.”

“The whole area downtown is under construction, so very unorganized. We had a worker(one of about 7-8 standing around) on Sunday jump out in front of us on a one way road in order to stop/slow us down. Scared us to death, then when we realized he was just a control freak and not really any danger we tried to go around him, he then hit our car on the passenger site. We hope this is not indicative of the people in Louisville. Hotel parking and staff were great once we went through this issue.”

“I called before arriving to make sure there were no surprises because I had paid my credit card in full before arriving and there is a 3-5 business on while processing. I called to verify that there would be no addition cost because I was only bringing corp card and cash. The rep did not tell me there would an additional $50 hold on my card along with my room cost. I had to drive 15 miles to make a deposit in my personal expenses acct to cover the hold for the room. I later learned that she processed the transaction wrong and I drove 15 miles away for no reason! Very inconvenient, I was late to a wedding and I had an overall bad check in experience.”
