“In the room AC was not working. They kept me for more than two hours in the temperature of more than 31C before AC person came and said it cant be fixed.... Two hours to come and check AC is a bit tooooooooooooooooooooo much. I lost so much time while my stay was so short. As well, when I booked the hotel it showed that I will pay upon arrival, but in reality they took money from my card without my permission for the first day, night before my arrival. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
