“The location is always why I book, but the comfort and amenities offered within the room and the hotel itself is always a bonus. Also - the hotel was doing construction/renovations to rooms above ours, and I called the front desk to tell them that the drilling noise was awfully loud, and asked when it would be completed for the day.....they not only answered my question, but offered to remove parking fees as an apology, which I was not expecting. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful!”

“Stayed in the hotel a few more nights than my booking suggests- moved to room with a friend who showed up for the same conference after the first night, so was there a week in total. The beds were very comfy, and the cleaners came in to turn down the covers every evening and left a little chocolate on the pillow. It was very clean, and I liked that you had to use your keycard to access the other floors. Regency Club was brilliant, food was delicious, and everyone that worked there was very nice and eager to assist. Check in and out was easy, and they removed a false charge on check out with minimal fuss. Good proximity to some great eats, too. Would love to come back here again if business allows!”
