“Amazing friendly staff. Always said Good morning to everyone, checking how the breakfast was, get more if you want. I had work to do early around 5 and when ordering coffee they said just help Yourself to the free coffee already available. Stayed here afew times and never disappointed. The best location for Universal and getting around by car. You can walk it, but easier to take the free shuttle in the morning. Prices can be steep at times but the property room has enormous space. Plenty of movie channels to keep you entertained late at night. All in all, a great hotel to stay at, plus free breakfast and parking too :)”

“We stayed with our three children 10-16 in a spacious, clean, well serviced, comfortable family room. The location of the hotel and the shuttle (we did walk as well 20mins) make it ideal for Universal. The breakfast was included; we and particularly our three boys enjoyed a varied, tasty, set you up for the day breakfast for the whole week. All the staff were excellent, Farrah and Kimberly thank you for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable.”

“Excellent location with a 15 minute walk to Universal CityWalk. Hotel also offers a complementary shuttle bus to Universal CityWalk throughout the day. Staff provided wonderful customer service and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot/cold options to choose from. Room was modern, large and clean. Pool was adequate. We had an enjoyable stay here”
“The staff were friendly, efficient and also helpful and were able to accommodate any requests that we had. The hotel location is also extremely good to the main theme parks. Breakfast buffet is simple but good and the main dish changes for some variety.”
