- Airport Transfer Information:<br><br>From Terminal 5 use bus 423, from Terminals 1, 2 & 3 use bus U3, (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in terminal 1, 2 & 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Centre, which is located opposite the hotel.<br><br>Should you be travelling by car:<br>Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to availability.<br><br>Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4, hotel is one mile on the left.<br><br>From M4 exit Junction 5, follow signs for Hounslow & Central London. Hotel is 2 Miles on left hand side of the A4 / Bath Road.<br><br>From terminals 1,2,3, the hotel are just 5 minutes away. Driving out from terminals, follow signs for A4, after exiting the airport tunnel turn left and proceed up to the roundabout, take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath road. The hotel is situated 200 yards up the road on the right hand side of A4/Bath Road.<br><br>The hotel offers unlimited complementary internet access for guests (512Kbs) and there is a 2MB connection available at an additional charge.<br><br>All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorisation of GBP 30 per night. This amount will be held for accommodation and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.<br><br>Credit card pre-authorisation: As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorise your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. “The bed was very confortable we had a good night's sleep after our journey from Tenerife and before the next step of our journey to Toronto. Do like having coffee and tea facilities in the room. The shower was great and Lovely big towels to dry yourself with. Restaurant was very nice and the food we enjoyed very much. Staff very friendly and helpful. “The hotel was lovely, the staff were accommodating and efficient, they booked us a taxi for the following morning when we checked in and made sure it was one that would accommodate our luggage, the room was very well thought out and very clean, the room service menu had lots of options and it arrived quickly and tasted amazing, the bed was super comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of it, and spent most of the next day trying to work out how to make my bed at home feel as comfortable and amazing as the bed in the hotel. The lights in the room were convenient turning on and off at multiple places and having multiple lighting levels and options. Overall it was a very pleasent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Going to this place, take bus U3 from Heathrow Bus station - directly from Heathrow terminal 1, 2, 3 , 4 and 5. Buy the OYSTER card for public transportation. I find that very helpful.”
“The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was large and well appointed. The receptionist gave us a voucher for a free drink at the bar!! Appreciated. Ate dinner in the restaurant and it was ok ... not spectacular but ok. Didn't have breakfast as we had an early start and didn't need food so early. The shuttle bus was right in time and took 20 mins to get to the airport. The hotel have a timetable.”
