“Location - walking distance to shopping centre and short drive to airport”
“It was hard to like much of anything because I reserved two double beds and they did not accommodate us. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the room because I was traveling with a business partner and they gave us a king bed. I even called Hyatt national and the incompetent hotel manger still would not give us the two double beds I paid for. In fact, the manager suggested that we check out and find another hotel. The problem was that my company reserved a business room for a meeting for the morning. Needless to say, it was put off by the entire experience.”
