“The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. The separate seating area to watch TV was nice. The housekeepers were friendly as was the weekend morning crew. The temperature was easily adjustable. It was a great location and close to all the places we wanted to shop at for black Friday. Close to the Zoo, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. There were plenty of great restaurants to walk to and drive to. Fresh green apples and infused water were available when you walked in, at no charge. There were snacks you could purchase.”

“Friendly staff, helpful, FREE parking,( one of my pet peeves is to have to pay for that), location was kinda strange and hidden behind another property so you really had to search to find it. Rooms could use some of the updates that we saw at the same property in Boulder but otherwise, they were usual. Last but not least in my mind and the main reason for not "excellent", no room safe.”
