“The staff was simply amazing. Everyone from front desk personnel, to housekeeping to maintenance staff that I passed along the hallways were helpful, kind, and professional. The hotel itself was immaculate and modern. The location can't be beat as everything you could need from shopping to eating to movies was within easy walking distance...literally steps from the hotel doors. Probably the most impressive was the included breakfast. I travel very frequently and the breakfast that was offered is like no other included breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. There were abundant choices (many healthy options) both hot and cold options were available and REAL eggs.”
“Included breakfast was only okay, no different than Holiday Inn Express or Hampton, but as our time was limited, it was nice to not have to find a place to eat. Breakfast associate was very pleasant. Room was exceptionally clean, temp was perfect. As I am handicapped, a walk in shower was a definite plus.”
“Beautiful facility. Nice modern room, decor, TV, Wifi and lots of plug-ins. Even noticed under-seat plugins in the dining area, like in an airport. Smart! Like the no-swipe card keys. No need to remove the paper sleeve, just touch the door! Surrounding area in Crocker Park is lovely, outdoor mall town center kind of place.”
